Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Zoraliv, we want to ensure you get the perfect fit and support for your workouts. If your knee sleeves do not fit correctly or meet your expectations, we are here to help.
1. Return & Exchange Window
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
2. Condition of Item
- To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, knee sleeves must be unworn in the gym, unwashed, and free of chalk, sweat, odor, or pet hair.
- Trying them on at home to check the sizing is perfectly fine.
- Items must be returned in their original product packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Used, washed, or sweat-stained gear will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs
- For Exchanges (Wrong Size): We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your exchange. We want to ensure you get the right fit!
- For Refunds (Change of Mind): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your final refund.
5. How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Visit our self-serve portal by logging into your account on our website, or email us directly at zoraliv2026@gmail.com with your order number.
- Package your knee sleeves securely in their original packaging.
- Attach the provided shipping label and drop it off at the designated carrier.
Once we receive and inspect your package, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
